The Jurisprudence Digest
The The Jurisprudence Digest invites original, unpublished manuscripts from all academicians, authors, law students, legal professionals, and anyone with an interest in the area of law.
We welcome you.
Submission Types:
- Long Articles (3000-6000 words, including footnotes and references)
- Short Articles/Essays (1500-3000 words, including footnotes and references)
- Case Analysis/Case Summary/Case Comments (1200-2000 words)
Format
- The first page should contain the title, author(s) name(s), and their affiliation, followed by an abstract.
- The second page should begin the main body of the manuscript.
- The authors’ names and affiliation must be mentioned in the manuscript.
- The main text should be in Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing. Footnotes in Times New Roman, font size 10, 1.0 line spacing. Headings should have uniform formatting.
- Texts and footnotes should conform to the Bluebook 19th or 20th Edition.
Publication Policy
- Original work without plagiarism.
- Maximum of three authors per submission.
- Submit an abstract prior to selection.
- Submit the article in MS Word format.
- Authors retain the copyright to their work.

We welcome articles on any topic related to contemporary legal issues and other areas of legal scholarship. Submissions may cover recent developments, challenges, and innovations in law across various fields, including but not limited to:
- Emerging legal implications of technology and artificial intelligence.
- Human rights and social justice issues in a globalized world.
- Environmental law and sustainability policies.
- Comparative constitutional law and governance.
- Corporate law, ethics, and compliance.
- Intellectual property rights in the digital age.
- Criminal law reforms and access to justice.
- Cybersecurity, data protection, and digital privacy laws.
We encourage submissions that provide fresh insights, critical analysis, and innovative solutions in any area of law. Articles that bridge theory and practice or offer comparative perspectives are especially welcome.
